Subscription not working

Hello.  I tried the three day trail but it won’t show.  Then bought the monthly but it still won’t say I’m premium.  So I tried the yearly and it’s still not showing up.  I created a new account and tried the free trail and it popped up so I need help figuring out why it’s not showing on this one.
